Pepper + Vetiver Reviews

I’m still waiting for my package to arrive, so I can’t say much yet. The ordering process seemed fine though, and I’m looking forward to trying it once it finally gets here.

I did not really enjoy the look of pepperandvetiver.com. It felt a little messy overall, like the design was not fully pulled together, and I did not find it very pleasant to browse.

Some pages seemed way too plain, but then other parts felt crowded or busy. The colors and layout did not really feel like they matched well, at least to me.

The products might be perfectly fine, but the website itself kind of put me off. It did not feel very clean or modern, so I ended up leaving quickly

I ordered this because, the product page made it sound like it was exactly what I was looking for. But when it showed up... yeah, it was just kind of different. The color wasn’t quite like the photos, and the feel didn’t really match what I thought I was getting.
It’s not awful or anything, just... disappointing. I feel like the description could’ve been a lot more accurate so I actually knew what I was buying. I probably wouldn’t order it again unless they update the details and photos to be more true to the product.

I was disappointed with the support. The way it’s described makes it sound like you’ll get help fairly quickly, but I ended up waiting days just to get a reply. That felt misleading, and made the whole experience frustrating...

I ordered from them and everything seemed fine at first, nothing too out of the ordinary. The item just didn’t really work out for me, so I figured I’d send it back and move on. I’ve done plenty of returns before, so I wasn’t expecting much drama, but this one ended up taking more effort than I thought it would. It wasn’t always clear what was happening, replies took a while, and I had to follow up just to get an update. To be fair, they did get it sorted eventually, but the whole return process felt a bit messy and more annoying than it needed to be. I’d probably pause before ordering again.

My order arrived in a crushed-up box with almost no padding inside. One of the items was scratched and covered in dust, which was really frustrating. It looked like someone just threw everything in the box without caring and sent it off. Not happy with how carelessly it was handled

The website looks nice at first, but once I actually tried to order, it turned into a bit of a “Mr. Slow-Motion Checkout” situation. Pages were dragging, checkout felt clunky, and after I placed the order, the updates were basically handled by “The Disappearing Notification Department.” I had to keep checking myself to figure out what was going on. The product was fine, nothing terrible, but the whole ordering experience was annoying enough that I’m not really sure I’d bother buying again.

I ordered from Pepper & Vetiver the quality was a bit better than I was expecting. The material feels sturdy, and the finish looks clean without feeling cheap or thrown together.
It’s not some huge dramatic thing, but you can tell a bit of care went into it. The small details are done nicely, and it feels like something that should hold up well. I’m happy with the order and would probably buy from them again.

the stuff is good, but I’m not sure I’d pay full price for it. I’d probably wait for a sale.
